MEET DR ZOE
Doctor Of Chiropractic, Certified Melillo method practitioner, Founder and Co-owner of Brainshape
Dr Zoe Braund is the founder of Brainshape—a centre for possibility where kids grow, families connect, and science meets heart. For nearly 25 years, she’s walked alongside families who feel they’ve “tried everything,” and creates calm in the chaos and a practical path forward. A mum of three teenagers, Zoe understands the juggle of family life and designs care plans that fits real life—whole child, whole family, whole-hearted.
Zoe’s superpower is connection. She has a natural way of meeting children and adults exactly where they are, then blending brain-based wellness, neuromotor rehabilitation, chiropractic care, nutrition, and emotional support to spark lasting change. From babies to teens, she helps with learning delays, behaviour challenges, sensory overwhelm and developmental concerns—always looking beyond symptoms to the brain–body–emotion and environmental blocks that hold families back.

Her approach is holistic and evidence-led: assess thoroughly, personalise deeply, and support the nervous system to self-organise. Over two decades of advanced study spanning functional neuroscience, developmental neurology, neurological integrity, nutrition and biochemistry, the gut microbiome and mind–body practices—backed by innovative techniques and modern technologies that help children shift from struggle to strength. As Zoe loves to remind families: you are made of magic.
Outside the clinic, you’ll often find Zoe with her husband Andrew and their three energetic teens, surfing, swimming or snowboarding. A steady yoga and meditation practice—and a love of whole food—help her keep family life grounded and joyful.
