When to Consider an Assessment for Your Child
Parents sometimes choose to book an appointment when their child has a specific physical concern, such as ongoing discomfort, reduced movement or a change in activity that may benefit from clinical assessment.
An appointment begins with a discussion of the child’s health history, current concerns and relevant activities, followed by an age-appropriate assessment. The clinician will explain the findings, whether the appropriate care may be suitable, available options, relevant limitations and potential risks before any treatment proceeds.
Speak with the clinic team if your child has a specific neuro-developmental concern and you would like to ask whether a brainshape assessment may be appropriate for your child’s health.
